"A tribe is a group of people connected to one another, connected to a leader, and connected to an idea. For millions of years, human beings have been part of one tribe or another. A group needs only two things to be a tribe: a shared interest and a way to communicate." - Seth Godin, Tribes: We Need You To Lead Us.
Triumph Tribes are small groups of like-minded people who desire to focus on and achieve their goals through the study of a specific issue, interest or problem. Our tribes are modeled after the traditional mastermind group model described by Napoleon Hill as “a friendly alliance with one or more persons who will encourage one to follow through with both plan and purpose.” Hill saw the mastermind group as a source of joint creativity and support that could not be found outside of the group.
Triumph Tribes are not group coaching, book clubs, classes, or networking groups.
They are a combination of brainstorming, training, peer accountability and support that is aimed at developing you both personally and professionally.
Our Tribes are meant to challenge you, stretch you and propel you to a new level of achievement.
Tribe members are paramount to the success of the tribe. They must be committed to the group. Attendance and participation in the meetings is required. Each member must be open to giving and receiving advice, feedback and ideas. The group members must be honest, respectful and compassionate with other tribe members. Tribes serve their members as catalysts for growth, achievement and support. Finally, tribe members treat the content and communication within the tribe with the strictest confidence.
